100cuxi Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

• "100cuxi," "we," "us," "our," refers to the operator of the platform accessible at https://100cuxi.org and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Platform" means the 100cuxi website, any applications, software, tools, and gaming infrastructure made available to registered users.
• "User," "Player," "you," refers to any individual who registers for or accesses a 100cuxi account.
• "Account" means the individual account registered by a User to access the Platform's services.
• "Funds" means Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited into or held within a User's 100cuxi account balance.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by 100cuxi subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and source of funds as required by applicable licensing standards.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with 100cuxi, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, or making use of any service offered on the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of 100cuxi following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with 100cuxi and to use any part of the Platform. 100cuxi enforces strict age verification through its KYC procedures. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all winnings voided, and deposited funds returned minus any applicable processing fees at 100cuxi's discretion.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account with 100cuxi. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, the same household, or using the same device or IP address may result in all associated accounts being suspended and funds withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. Submission of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 100cuxi Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 100cuxi makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally accessible from all locations.

3.5 KYC Verification. 100cuxi reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, address, age, and source of funds at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

4. Account Responsibility and Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication tokens with any third party.

4.2 100cuxi will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate password security or your deliberate or negligent disclosure of login credentials.

4.3 You must notify 100cuxi immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been compromised.

4.4 All transactions, wagers, and activities conducted through your account whilst you are logged in are deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified 100cuxi of a security compromise prior to such activity.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment

5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 100cuxi Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by third-party payment providers.

5.2 Accepted Methods. 100cuxi currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and DuitNow. Available methods may be updated from time to time at 100cuxi's discretion.

5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in current promotional terms. Minimum bet amounts vary by game and table.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Verified accounts are eligible for withdrawals processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience extended processing times or be subject to additional review before withdrawal approval.

5.5 Funds Integrity. 100cuxi maintains segregated player fund accounts separate from operational funds, in compliance with applicable licensing requirements. Player funds are never used for operational expenses.

5.6 Prohibited Sources. You must not deposit funds derived from illegal activity. 100cuxi co-operates fully with financial crime investigations and reserves the right to freeze and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback offers made available to 100cuxi players are subject to specific wagering requirements and expiry terms published alongside each individual promotion.

6.2 Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real-money funds deposited concurrently with bonus credits are withdrawable at any time subject to standard withdrawal processing terms.

6.3 100cuxi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Ongoing promotions will not be retroactively amended in a manner that disadvantages players who have already fulfilled the qualifying conditions.

6.4 Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through pattern betting, bonus abuse, or collusion may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds, cancellation of associated winnings, and suspension of the account.

6.5 VIP Programme benefits, including cashback rates and tier-specific rewards, are subject to the VIP Terms published in your account dashboard and may be adjusted with 30 days' notice to affected players.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 All games on the 100cuxi Platform operate in accordance with individual game rules available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game.

7.2 You must not engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the fair operation of any game, including but not limited to: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities; or collusion with other players or with 100cuxi staff.

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game outcomes, 100cuxi reserves the right to void affected bets and issue appropriate refunds. Neither 100cuxi nor its gaming providers shall be liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond their reasonable control.

7.4 Live dealer game outcomes as determined by physical dealing processes (cards dealt, dice thrown, roulette ball landing) are final and binding. No dispute will be entertained on the basis of player preference or subjective expectations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 100cuxi Platform — including but not limited to software, game designs, graphics, text, brand names, logos, and interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 100cuxi or its licensed third-party game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without 100cuxi's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cuxi and its directors, employees, agents, and licensed providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether 100cuxi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.2 100cuxi's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by that User into their account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 100cuxi's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9.4 You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk, and that by placing wagers you accept the possibility of losing the funds staked. 100cuxi does not guarantee any return or profit from gaming activity on the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

100cuxi is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behaviour. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum net loss you are willing to incur over a set period.
• Session Time Reminders — Receive notifications at defined intervals to prompt awareness of time spent gaming.
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the specified minimum period and cannot be reversed during that time.

100cuxi enforces a strict 21+ only policy and will void and confiscate winnings from any account found to be operated by a person below this age. 11. Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

11.1 100cuxi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud; suspected money laundering; abusive conduct towards staff; or regulatory requirements.

11.2 Upon account closure, any remaining balance of verified real-money funds (net of any bonus amounts not yet released) will be returned to you via the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

11.3 You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting 100cuxi support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding wagering obligations or pending withdrawal requests.

12. Amendments to These Terms

100cuxi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via the Platform and/or by email to the address registered on your account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to material changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which 100cuxi holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 100cuxi support shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the relevant licensing authority.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact 100cuxi in good faith to attempt resolution. 100cuxi commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
